Overview

Transform Learning Study (study.transformlearning.ai) is an AI-powered study tool that helps college students map skills, take adaptive assessments, and track their learning progress. This policy explains how we handle your data.

FERPA Compliance

  • Student data is private. Your assessment scores, study guides, and course data are visible only to you.
  • Institutional access. If your institution partners with Transform Learning, authorized administrators may access aggregated performance data. Individual records are shared only with your consent or as permitted under FERPA.
  • No unauthorized sharing. Your education records are never sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

Guest Mode

The free guest mode allows you to try the platform without creating an account. In guest mode, no personal information is collected. Skill maps, quiz results, and session data exist only in your browser and are lost when you close the tab.

Account Data

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address and password (hashed) for authentication
  • Course enrollments and skill mappings
  • Assessment scores and proficiency history
  • AI-generated study guides
  • Chat session history with the AI tutor

This data is used solely to provide your personalized learning experience.

AI Processing

Your uploaded syllabi, quiz responses, and study interactions are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API. Anthropic does not use API data to train models. Your content is processed in real-time to generate assessments and study recommendations.

Data Security & Retention

All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Data is stored in Supabase with row-level security. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting jeff@yourclassroom.ai.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, cookieless page view tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting. We do not sell data to anyone.
